复方丹参滴丸对冠脉搭桥术后患者miR-1、miR-155、miR-126水平的影响研究
Study on the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the levels of miR-1,miR-155 and miR-126 in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the serum levels of microribonucleic acid-1(miR-1),miR-155,and miR-126 in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting,with the aim of providing guidance for their clinical medication after the operation.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary artery disease after coronary artery bypass grafting admitted to Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from January 2021 to December 2022 were included as the study subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with a sample size of 42 cases.After the operation,both groups were treated with a conventional medication.On the basis of that,the control group was treated with nicorandil tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with nicorandil tablets,both lasting for three months.The efficacy after 3 months of treatment,cardiac function,myocardial injury,serum levels of miR-1,miR-155,miR-126 before and after 3 months of treatment and safety during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),right ventricular diastolic ejection fraction(RVEF),cardiac index(CI)and serum level of miR-126 were increased in the two groups,and the above indicators were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and serum levels of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),ischemic modified albumin(IMA),cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ),miR-1,miR-155 were decreased in both groups,and the indexes were significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower in the experimental group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills can effectively regulate the serum levels of miR-1,miR-155,and miR-126 in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting,reduce myocardial injury and improve cardiac function,with remarkable efficacy and high safety.关键词
