化瘀理气汤治疗腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果
Effect of Huayu Liqi Decoction enema plus oral administration in the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Huayu Liqi Decoction enema plus oral administration on gastrointestinal bioelectrical activity and anti-inflammatory efficacy in patients with early postoperative inflammatory obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty-five relevant patients from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapies,while the observation group was additionally treated with Huayu Liqi Decoction enema and oral administration.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The general conditions of the surgery and the adverse reaction rates were compared,and the levels of gastrointestinal transmitters,inflammatory factors,intestinal flora and TCM syndrome scores were detected in the two groups.Results In the observation group,multiple time indicators such as the relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.After 48 hours of treatment,the average slow wave peak amplitudes and main frequencies in multiple parts of the gastrointestinal tract in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the inflammatory indicators such as VIP NO,CRP,TNF-α,PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the gastrointestinal transmitters such as MOT and GAS were higher than those in the control group,and the intestinal flora indicators such as Escherichia coli were better than those in the control group,and the TCM syndrome scores were also lower than those in the control group.However,there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huayu Liqi Decoction enema in combination with oral administration can improve gastrointestinal bioelectrical activity,exert anti-inflammatory effects,regulate gastrointestinal transmitters and relieve relevant symptoms,thus providing a new approach for the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.关键词
