气阴两虚证动物模型和现代生物学研究进展
Research progress of animal models and modern biological studies of the qi-yin deficiency syndrome

Abstract
The syndrome of qi-yin deficiency is a common one in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,with which disease conditions are hidden and progressive,and the course of a disease is prolonged and recurrent.The syndrome is involved in a variety of disease systems,causing trouble to people's lives.Establishing animal models is an important means to study the syndrome,and modern biological research is helpful to understand its material basis,action mechanisms and roles in diseases.This article retrieves relevant literature on the qi-yin deficiency syndrome,finding that the preparation methods of this syndrome model are based on its TCM etiology and pathogenesis,with strong operability.These methods can be classified into single factor modeling,compound two-factor modeling and compound multi-factor modeling.After reviewing the relevant literature on the biochemical indicators,imaging,omics technology and intestinal flora of this syndrome,it is found that the recent studies on the syndrome mainly focus on the combination of some diseases and the syndrome,therefore research on the syndrome itself needs to be further carried out.This study is expected to provide a reference for the animal model optimization and the clinical treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome.关键词
