外加剂对矿用注浆材料性能的影响研究

Abstract
The study investigated the effects of high-efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer,plastic expansion agent,and early strength a-gent on the fluidity,setting time,compressive strength,and vertical expansion rate of fly ash cement grout.Results indicated that the polycar-boxylate superplasticizer significantly enhanced grout fluidity,but both insufficient and excessive amounts reduced strength.The plastic expan-sion agent compensated for drying shrinkage,though excessive amounts negatively impacted strength.The early strength agent markedly im-proved early strength,but excessive amounts decreased fluidity and vertical expansion rate.Under the experimental conditions,optimal per-formance was achieved with 0.2%polycarboxylate superplasticizer,0.02%plastic expansion agent,and 1%early strength agent.关键词
