摘要
Abstract
The main chemical components of the lead-zinc tailings used in this experiment are SiO2,Fe2O3,CaO,et al.Its methylene blue value,stability,SO3,free calcium oxide, water demand ratio, total alkali content, chloride ion content and other indicators meet the standard requirements. Its 28 day activity index is 72%.The limit of radioactive nuclides, safety indicators such as copper, cadmium, lead, total chro-mium,chromium(hexavalent),zinc,and arsenic leaching toxicity meet the standard requirements.Compared with C30 benchmark concrete using Grade Ⅱ fly ash as admixture, the slump of concrete using lead-zinc tailings instead of Grade Ⅱ fly ash decreased from 180mm to 170mm;The 7-day compressive strength value is1 MPa lower,2.9%lower,and the28-day compressive strength is1.3 MPa lower,3.2%lower;After 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the retention rate of dynamic elastic modulus of concrete mixed with lead-zinc tailings powder was 2.5%lower than that of concrete mixed with grade Ⅱ fly ash,but the retention rate of dynamic elastic modulus still reached 84.5%,;The anti-seep-age grade of both groups of concrete specimens reached P8.The addition of lead-zinc tailings powder does not significantly reduce the slump, strength, frost resistance, and other properties of concrete, making it feasible for use as a concrete admixture.关键词
