摘要

Abstract

In order to accurately predict the deformation characteristics of pile foundation of high-rise buildings and improve the stability of the main structure of high-rise buildings;Based on the construction practice of a high-rise building in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province,this paper an-alyzes the settlement monitoring and deformation prediction of high-rise building pile foundation by means of monitoring technology,fitting function and ABAQUS finite element simulation.The practice shows that the settlement process of building pile foundation is divided into self-weight stress compensation period,additional stress period and stable period.The variation of Gompertz curve and finite element simulation curve is consistent with the measured values,and the error of the three settlement values is less than 5%.With the increase of pile length and pile foundation diameter,the deformation performance of pile foundation is improved,but the lifting effect decreases continuously.Therefore,the length and diameter of pile foundation should be reasonably determined according to various factors in actual design.
