Abstract
This study selected a two-story residential building with a reinforced concrete frame structure as the case study object,and conduc-ted a systematic identification and assessment of its hazards based on the Hazardous Building Appraisal Standard(JGJ 125-2016).The main purpose of the research is to scientifically rate the current safety condition of the building structure and propose targeted treatment suggestions based on this.Through the analysis and suggestions of this study,the aim is to provide reference and lessons for the engineering appraisal of similar structures,in order to enhance the accuracy and practicality of structural safety assessments.关键词
