高压旋喷注浆加固深层软土数值仿真研究
Study on Numerical Simulation of High Pressure Jet Grouting Reinforce Deep Soft Soil
摘要
Abstract
Different from the traditional grouting of high-pressure rotary jet grouting method,its construction technology,construction equip-ment,the cementing body forming mechanism is more complicated than the traditional grouting,expanding the way of deep soft foundation rein-forcement effect mechanism of the research is particularly important.This article applied finite element software MSC.Marc of rotary jet grou-ting process to simulate the effect of the pile group of composite foundation and analyze bearing mechanism.It studies on three aspects of jet grouting pile and the relationship between the surface subsidence about the material parameters of soil,pile top cover soil thickness and the number of piles.Results show that the farther the distance from the center of a rotary spray pile surface subsidence is smaller;maximum sur-face subsidence fall off with increasing pile head covering thickness;the smaller the thickness of overburden soil,the surface subsidence range is smaller;surface subsidence reducing trend vary by soil materials;with increasing jet grouting pile numbers will raise surface subsidence.关键词
