摘要

Abstract

Using a pre-stressed continuous box girder bridge with five spans as a case,the causes of bridge diseases were analyzed based on the bridge disease investigation and static load tests.A maintenance and reinforcement scheme combining increasing the section and adding pre-stressed carbon fiber board system was proposed.The analysis of the tensile stress under live load of vehicles,structural deflection,and the bearing capacity at the center of each span before and after the disease treatment was conducted.The results show that the pre-stressed carbon fiber plate provides a compressive stress reserve for the structure that is greater than the tensile stress calculated under live load.The proposed method can significantly improve the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the structure,achieving a good maintenance and reinforcement goal.
