文中针对某城市轨道交通线路预制U型梁的纠偏需求,通过方案对比,优选出基于顶推工法的梁体纠偏方案,并研究提出了成套顶推工法,指明了顶推纠偏过程的关键技术.实践表明,该技术具有复位精度高、施工进度快、经济和社会效益明显等优势,值得进一步推广应用.

To satisfy the demand for position correction of prefabricated U-type beams in a subway line,the correction scheme based on jack-ing technology is suggested through the scheme comparison.A complete set of jacking method is established,which specifies the key technolo-gy during the process of jacking correction.Practice shows that the suggested technology has the advantages of high resetting precision,fast construction progress,obvious economic and social benefits,and is worth further popularizing and applying.
