文中以国投·新涵首府建设工程为例,重点研究现浇钢筋混凝土暗扁梁空心楼盖力学分析与施工技术,分析了空心板的动力、截面刚度及自重对板动力学性能的影响以及边界条件对板自振频率的影响,从内模施工、支撑体系、内模抗浮措施三方面总结了空心楼盖的施工要点,以期为类似项目提供有效参考.

The article takes the construction project of Guotou Xinhan Capital as an example,focusing on the mechanical analysis and construc-tion technology of cast-in-place reinforced concrete hidden flat beam hollow floor.Analyzed the influence of the dynamic performance of hollow slabs,their cross-sectional stiffness and self weight,as well as the influence of boundary conditions on the natural frequency of the slab.Sum-marized the construction points of hollow slabs from three aspects:internal formwork construction,support system,and internal formwork anti floating measures,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
