Abstract
In the field of construction engineering,budget management is the key link to ensure the economic benefits of the project and control the project cost.Proper budgeting can effectively avoid overruns,while problems in management can lead to project costs getting out of control.This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the construction project budget management,and puts forward the corresponding so-lutions and strategies,including perfecting the budgeting methods and tools,optimize the cost management system,improve the professional quality and management level,and strengthen the engineering change management,aims to improve the budget management efficiency and eco-nomic benefit of the construction project.关键词
