Abstract
Taking the identification and evaluation of risks in building material procurement under EPC mode as the research object,a risk as-sessment model for building material procurement under EPC mode was established by analyzing the characteristics of building material procure-ment under EPC mode.The evaluation model covers 5 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.Through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and on-site expert scoring method,the weight calculation and on-site scoring of each level of indicator are carried out to achieve quantitative analysis of the model data.At the same time,the model was applied to the procurement process of building materials for a certain EPC general contracting project in Suzhou Industrial Park to verify the reliability and rationality of the model.关键词
