从"血浊"论治妊娠合并绒毛膜下血肿
Preliminary Study on the Treatment of Subchorionic Hematoma from the Perspective of Blood Turbidity
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"Blood Turbidity"was first put forward by Professor Wang Xinlu in order to provide a theoretical basis for early intervention of some disease syndromes which are asymptomatic but abnormal in clinical examination.According to the pathogenic mechanism and treatment principle of"blood turbidity",the clinical manifestations of subchorionic hematoma is consistent with the theory of"blood turbidity",and the treatment of subchorionic hematoma during pregnancy should focus on"ascending qi to clear blood turbidity","promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis"should also be introduced so as to improve the success rate of fetus preservation.关键词
