从"血瘀"探讨水蛭在特发性肺纤维化的应用价值
Discussion on the Value of Leeches in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis from the Perspective of Blood Stasis

Abstract
s]Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has been described as a"tumour-like disease"with a poor prognosis.Currently,the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in western medicine is mainly based on antifibrotic drugs and symptomatic treatment,but not all patients can benefit from it.Leeches,first published in Shennong Ben Cao Jing,belong to the class of medicines that activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis,and in domestic and international studies,their main active ingredients are macromolecular compounds with anticoagulant,antithrombotic,antitumor,antifibrotic,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.This paper discusses the application value of leech in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from the perspective of"blood stasis",which is good at removing stagnation of blood and blood stasis,and broadens the ideas and methods of leech in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.关键词
