从肾精"主外治里"探讨人参蛤蚧散防治肺胀病
Discussion on Renshen Gejie Powder to Prevent Lung Distension from the"Governing External-Internal"of Kidney Essence
摘要
Abstract
According to the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with clinical practice,it suggests that"lung、spleen and kidney deficiency"and"sputum stasis obstruction"are the basic pathogenesis of lung distension.And reinterpretation the pathogenesis of lung distension from the perspective of kidney essence"governing external-internal",and it proposes that"kidney essence deficiency"is the fundamental factor in the occurrence and development of lung distension and its complications.Starting from the theory,the use of Renshen Gejie Powder to prevent the disease,the Seizure period is based on Renshen Gejie powder therapeutic principle,combined with syndrome differentiation,in remission the disease is mainly supplement kidney essence and solid yuan-qi therapeutic principle,continue to take this formula,the effect is good.关键词
