摘要
Abstract
This article is based on the theory of"Yangming Dry Gold"and the circulation of Qi,elaborating on the mechanism of"to treat wěi(atrophy,痿),select the yangming channel only".It is believed that"Yangming"not only refers to the Yangming stomach soil,hands and feet Yangming meridians,but also refers to the"Yangming Dry Gold"with the characteristics of clearing and descending.It states that"Yangming Dry Gold"is a disease classified as the mechanism of three flaccid diseases:"insufficient blood""disorder in convergence and reduction"and"imbalance of Zao-shi".We correspondingly adopted the treatment of nourishing Yin and moistening Zao,reducing the entire Yang Ming,regulating and tonifying the spleen and kidney.Based on the theory of"Yangming Dry Gold",theoretical discussions have been conducted on atrophic lung disease,muscle weakness,and atrophic debility of bones,in order to enrich the theoretical connotation of"to treat wěi(atrophy,痿),select the yangming channel only"and provide more ideas for clinical treatment of wěi(atrophy,痿)syndrome.关键词
