基于数据挖掘的余尚贞治疗原发性高血压用药规律研究
Research on Treatment of Essential Hypertension by YU Shangzhen Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the empirical methods of YU Shangzhen's treatment of essential hypertension through data mining.Methods:We collected cases of essential hypertension who attended Yu Shangzhen Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop of Jiangmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Jinan University from September 2017 to September 2020,established a database of outpatient medical cases of YU Shangzhen's treatment of essential hypertension,and used software such as IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM Modeler 18.0,and employed methods such as association rules and cluster analysis to mine the characteristics of medication and the law of prescription organization.Results:A total of 136 cases and 408 prescriptions were included,including 132 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines and 21 core traditional Chinese medicines,resulting in 7 core drug groups.Conclusion:YU Shangzhen believes that the key to treating essential hypertension lies in the regulation of qi and blood,and advocates treating it from the theory of Taiyin-Yangming,often choosing medicines for tonifying deficiency,clearing heat and relieving epidemics,etc.,and the flavors of the medicines are mostly"sweet""bitter"and"pungent",and they are good at tonifying and benefiting the body."It specializes in tonifying the liver and kidneys,suppressing wood and supporting earth,promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis,etc.It focuses on regulating the emotions,corresponding to Heaven and Man,and adding and subtracting according to the symptoms.关键词
