云南白药胶囊联合中药局部熏蒸对湿热下注型混合痔患者术后康复的影响
Effect of Yunnan Baiyao Capsule Combined with Local Fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Damp-Heat Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yunnan Baiyao Capsule combined with local fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Ninety cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients treated with external peeling and internal ligation admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups by using the random number table method.In the control group,45 cases were treated with localized fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine after surgery,and in the observation group,45 cases were treated with Yunnan Baiyao Capsule.The clinical efficacy,anorectal kinetic indexes,symptom improvement,neovascularization-related indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum rectal volume threshold,rectal sensory threshold and neovasculum related indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the maximum rectal systolic pressure and anal canal resting pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Symptom disappearance time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative application of Yunnan Baiyao Capsule combined with local fumigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with mixed hemorrhoids of the damp-heat-infiltration type can promote neovascularization,effectively control the occurrence of complications,and improve anal function,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
