地震灾害场景下城市生命线工程系统数字孪生模型构建OA北大核心

Construction of digital twin model for urban lifeline engineering system under earthquake scenarios

城市生命线工程系统具有空间尺度大、震后性能评估耗时长等特点,导致该系统抗震性能评估、震后恢复过程模拟和韧性分析计算效率低下.为了直观且高效地展示生命线工程系统震后受损情况,为其震前评估和震后功能恢复模拟提供快速决策分析工具,提出了数字孪生五维模型.在此基础上,以供水系统为例,根据厂站和管线等物理实体的空间布局,建立了供水系统的三维虚拟几何模型.通过有限元数值分析模型的赋值计算,并结合计算机编程软件的解码转换,实现了地震灾害场景下供水系统中典型构件力学响应的可视化.结果表明:数字孪生五维模型能够直观地反映供水系统全局的地震响应;建筑信息模型与有限元方法的闭环映射体系能够在保证虚拟模型建模效率的基础上,提升地震灾害场景下典型构件响应计算结果的准确性;虚实关联建模方法能够将虚拟模型与物理实体间的融合简化为参数的耦合,从而实现数字孪生模型的虚实交互表达.

Urban lifeline engineering system can be characterized by large spatial scales and time-consuming post-earthquake performance assessment,which leads to the low computational inefficiency of seismic performance assessment,post-earthquake recovery process simulation and toughness analysis of the system.A digital twin five-dimensional model was proposed for lifeline engineering system,which was applied to display the post-earthquake damage of lifeline system visually and efficiently,as well as provide rapid decision analysis tool for pre-earthquake assessment and post-earthquake functional recovery simulation.On this basis,taking the water supply system as an example,a 3D virtual geometric model of the water supply system was established based on the spatial layout of physical entities,such as plant stations and pipelines.Through the assignment calculation of the finite element numerical analysis model and the decoding conversion with the computer programming software,the visualization of the mechanical response of the typical components in the water supply system under the seismic scenario was realized.The results show that the digital twin five-dimensional model can intuitively reflect the global seismic response of the water supply system.The closed-loop mapping system of BIM-FEM can improve the accuracy of the calculation results of the response of the typical components under the seismic scenario on the basis of ensuring the efficiency of virtual model modeling.The virtual-reality correlation modeling method can simplify the fusion between the virtual model and the physical entity into the parameter coupling,thus realizing the interactive representation of virtual and real in the digital twin model.
