Abstract
To investigate the deformation and failure patterns of weak layer slopes with mudstone triggered by rainfall,this article takes the north slope of Yunnan Xianfeng Open-pit Coal Mine as a case,combines saturated-unsaturated seepage theory,establishes a rainfall seepage model of the slope.We conduct seepage-stress coupling calculation on north slope during various rainfall durations by FLAC3D numerical simulations software.The results show that due to the distribution of mudstone layers,there are significant differences in the seepage and plastic failure modes of different rock layers on slopes under different rainfall durations.During the initial stages of rainfall,plastic shear failure primarily occurs at the coal seam surface and within mudstone interlayers.As rainfall progresses,this failure extends upwards through the weak mudstone layer,eventually creating a connected area.关键词
