Abstract
In order to promote the construction of green mines in open-pit mines and improve the pattern of green mine construction in Liaoning Province,the article analyze the current problems in the construction of green mines in Liaoning Province,and proposes the corresponding solutions for the construction of green mines in open-pit mines.construction of green mines should ensure complete licenses,the content of certificates should be consistent with the actual situation of the mine,and ensure that the mine is operated in accordance with the law.The construction of green mines should focus on overall perception construction,adhering to the basic principle of improving explicit factors,and changing the overall perception of open-pit mines.The construction of green mines in open-pit mines should focus on green development,comprehensive utilization,environmental protection,and land reclamation,especially in terms of environmental protection,which should be carried out in full accordance with regulatory requirements.关键词
