Abstract
In order to increase the additional benefits of open-pit mine in terms of economy and environmental protection,based on the actual situation of Yimin Open-pit Mine,a method for distinguishing high-quality coal from low-quality coal in the mining process has been proposed.The method involves analyzing coal seams and coal quality conditions,determining the supply system and coal seams for high-quality coal,distributing the distribution of calorific value,dividing regional zones and calculating the calorific value of raw coal,determining the range and quantity of high-quality coal,and accurately predicting annual production to help mine managers better plan production and sales.The results show that the high-quality coal source of Yimin Open-pit Mine is partially 16 coal using a self moving crusher semi continuous system,and the amount and range of high-quality coal in different years vary greatly.It is predicted that the high-quality coal in Yimin Open-pit Mine from 2023 to 2025 will be 6.56,1.62,and 2.75 Mt respectively,with additional benefits of 57.4 million yuan,24.06 million yuan and 14.17 million yuan,which can achieve independent mining and stable supply of high-quality coal in open-pit mine.关键词
