Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as poor blasting effect,high bulk rate and multiple foundation of Haifeng Mine in Xuancheng City,Anhui Province,the article first analyzes the formation mechanism of blasting bulk from the three aspects of step slope,top and bottom,and gives the design and construction methods for reducing the bulk rate.Then we carry out the field experiment to verify the parameters such as re-designing hole row spacing and improving the charge structure.The experimental results show that the hole mesh parameters with large hole spacing and small row spacing,the structure of staggered peak interval charge and the"V"shape initiation method can effectively control the blasting bulk rate and improve the blasting effect significantly.The average bulk rate of Haifeng Mine is reduced from 5.2%to 1.1%,and the secondary crushing cost is reduced from 0.35 yuan/t to 0.11 yuan/t,achieving the production target of cost reduction and efficiency increase.关键词
