Abstract
In order to fully tap the production potential of open-pit coal mine equipment and reduce the production cost,based on the sustainable development of our society and the increasing demand for coal resources from all walks of life,we realize the high-efficiency and sustainable development of open-pit coal mine.Base on the present situation of the existing equipment,we actively explore how to improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.Based on the production experience of our country's large-scale open-pit coal mine,this article analyzes the main factors affecting the operation efficiency of the equipment in open-pit coal mine and the corresponding countermeasures from the three important production processes of blasting,mining,and transportation.The results show that the blasting quality can be improved,the quantity of blasting reserve can be selected reasonably,the equipment configuration can be optimized reasonably,the skill level of operators can be improved,and the maintenance of equipment can be strengthened,the implementation of the corresponding measures in each link to the production practice,which have a very positive role to improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.关键词
