摘要

Abstract

In order to study the overall deformation and stress of the 495HR shovel door under the condition of bearing the impact load of mineral materials on the dipper door during opening and unloading,the article analyzes the maximum deformation position,deformation amount and the position and value of the maximum stress of the shovel door,as well as the change law of speed and acceleration during opening of the shovel door by simulation and dynamics methods,and carries out optimization design of dipper door.The optimized material and structure design effectively solves the problems of the door cracking and deformation,so as to improve the service life of the door.
