Abstract
In order to solve the problems of difficult precise temperature control and high labor intensity of workers when assembling large-scale mining equipment in the electric repair workshop of equipment maintenance center of Zhunneng group,this article makes a deep analysis on the traditional baking box,puts forward the corresponding automatic control of the mobile car and the electrical optimization design of precise temperature control in the heating process.We change the traditional relay heating control to Siemens PLC200Smart_ST20 和 MCGS automatic control.The electric optimization design ensures the accurate temperature of the heating equipment,reduces the labor intensity of the personnel,realizes the interaction between the equipment and the personnel.关键词
