Bioinformatics Analysis of the SRS Gene Family in Populus trichocarpa
摘要
Abstract
The structural and functional exploration of the Populus trichocarpa SRS gene family was conducted.U-sing bioinformatics approaches,the physicochemical properties of the PtSRS family proteins,promoter cis-regulato-ry elements,gene structure,and conserved sequences were analyzed.The results indicated that the PtSRS gene family consists of four branches(A1~A4),with all members containing both introns and exons.The genes were mapped to nine chromosomes in the Populus trichocarpa genome.Additionally,most of the members were predicted to contain cis-regulatory elements related to defense and stress responses,such as TC-rich repeats and ABA-re-sponsive elements(ABRE).The PtSRS gene family plays a crucial role in hormone regulation and stress response in Populus trichocarpa.关键词
