弹力带训练方法在短跑运动力量训练中的应用
Research on the Application of Elastic Band Training Method in Sprint Strength Training
摘要
Abstract
Using 12 male athletes majoring in sprinting at a certain sports university as research subjects,this study explores the effects of elastic band training on the strength,speed,and explosive power of sprinters through experimental comparison.The experimental results show that after 8 weeks of exercise strength training,athletes who use the elastic band training method have significantly improved lower limb strength,balance ability,and other indicators.The elastic band training method can effectively improve the lower limb strength of sprinters and increase their explosive power.关键词
