Cumulative Ecological Risk Factors and Exercise Interventions for Internet Addiction in College Students
摘要
Abstract
Taking 500 college students of University of South China as research subjects,we explored the influence of cumulative ecological risk on college students'Internet addiction and its mechanism of action,and compared the intervention effects of different exercise modes on Internet addiction.The results show that exercise intervention has a significant improvement effect on college students'Internet addiction,which can effectively reduce the degree of Internet addiction,depression and loneliness,and improve willpower and life satisfaction.关键词
