摘要

Abstract

An Eulerian-Eulerian spray model suitable for different nozzle hole diameters was constructed based on the OpenFOAM platform.Based on the experimental results of the engine combustion network(ECN)database Spray A and Spray D under operating conditions,the numerical calculation results of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model and the Dukowicz's Lagrangian discrete liquid drop model were compared.The results show that the application of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model can accurately calculate the gas and liquid phase boundaries of the spray under different nozzle hole diameters,and has good accuracy and reliability in the prediction of jet spray.In addition,the calculated value of the liquid phase penetration distance of the small nozzle hole diameter spray is closer to the experimental results,indicating that the application of the Eulerian-Eulerian spray model has higher calculation accuracy in predicting jet spray under small nozzle hole diameter.
