农业转型时期劳动力农内配置的内在逻辑与社会效应
The Internal Logic and Social Effect of Labor Force Allocation in the Period of Agricultural Transformation

Abstract
This paper takes S town in southern Shanxi as a case study.The paper analyzes the in-ternal logic and social effect of rural labor force in realizing agricultural employment under the back-ground of agricultural transformation.The study finds that with the development of scale management and the adjustment of planting structure,the division of labor in agricultural production deepens and ex-pands the employment space within the field of agricultural production,and the diversified production brought by the adjustment of planting structure extends the busy farming time,so that rural labor force can be effectively utilized in most periods of the year.In order to improve the efficiency of job searching and the bargaining power with employers,the internal cooperation of employees begins to appear,and the employees begin to move from"participating in the division of labor"to"participating in produc-tion",presenting a diversified livelihood strategy and realizing the maximum income of agricultural em-ployment.Finally,the study finds that the increase of agricultural employment brought by agricultural transformation has obvious social effect:on the one hand,the development of industry has connected the original"atomized"individuals and reshaped the rural governance structure.On the other hand,agricul-tural transformation promotes the development of county urbanization and realizes the positive interaction between urban and rural areas.Therefore,in the process of implementing the rural revitaliza-tion strategy,we should pay attention to the absorption capacity of rural labor force in agricultural trans-formation and development,and realize the organic connection between smallholder farmers and modern agriculture by expanding the employment space in agriculture.关键词
