Abstract
In order to achieve the economic and efficient operation of the distribution network,a two-level hierarchical optimization based energy storage system model predictive control method is proposed.Firstly,a dictionary optimization scheme was proposed to define the flywheel power set point by minimizing the transformer power limit and flywheel energy loss.Then,a convex function representing the flywheel power loss and its maximum power was derived,and a two-level hierarchical control framework was introduced to operate the transformer flywheel system in a way that handles prediction errors and model accuracy.The final simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed energy management and control scheme in providing peak shaving services under real conditions.关键词
