Abstract
In the context of carbon peaking and neutrality,China has formed three market mechanisms,namely green power trading,green certificate trading and carbon emission trading.Realization of a better convergence of the three types of markets will play an important role in promoting the consumption of renewable energy.However,the emission reduction effectiveness of renewable power is counted in the average emission factor of the national power grid.The purchase of green power/green certificate by enterprise is not recognized as carbon emission offset.This paper analyzes the main problems currently faced by China's green power/green certificate carbon emission offset mechanism by sorting out the development of green power policies at home and abroad,and sorting out four feasible options for green power/green certif icate carbon emission offset mechanism.By building a two-region power trading model and conducting an arithmetic example analysis,the differences between 4 green power/green certificate carbon emission offset mechanisms has been study,and the impact on industrial development,people's livelihood and economy and the development of renewable energy has been explored.The conclusions will provide a useful reference for the introduction of the green power/green certificate carbon emission offset policy in China.关键词
