An evaluation method for the health index of the CINRADs based on fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process

Abstract
To comprehensively evaluate the operational performance of the CINRAD radar system,a systematic approach for evaluating the radar system's health index was presented.This approach employs fuzzy theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),resulting in a hierarchically evaluation system for assessing radar equipment health index.This health evaluation method serves to evaluate the overall health of key performance parameters within the CINRAD radar,while also considering their implications for subsystems and the radar system as a whole,and to reflect differences in system performance and dynamic trends in life-cycle.Using case studies of historical data from weather radars,which shows that this evaluation method demonstrates good applicability for real-time health assessment of radar systems.关键词
