Abstract
In the whole mechanization process of Pingtan Island(Fujian Province),the sandy soil has a significant influence on tractor operations, especially when towing combined seeder, the specific manifestations include:wheeled tractors'tires sinking too deeply into sandy soil, leading to increased operational resistance, low seeding efficiency, high fuel consumption, and poor control over plant spacing.Additionally, the ridger-forming tools on the seeder are not suitable for local sand, often causing ridge collapse, poor coverage and compaction.By analyzing the factors affecting the operation, aspects such as tire pressure, operational load, machine structure are identified as key areas for improvement and testing. The results showed that reducing the tire pressure to rated pressure 60%~75%,controlling the operational load among 5 350~5 650 kg,and using the locally common small triangular ridge-making tools can effectively reduce the impact of the local sand soil on tractor sowing operations. These improvements have valuable implications for promoting mechanized production of dryland crops in the region.关键词
