Practice study on the management mechanism of cosmetic adverse reaction surveillance sentinel medical institution in Shandong Province

Abstract
The study aimed to explore an efficient scientific working mechanism system for cosmetic adverse reaction surveillance sentinel.A survey was conducted on 40 national and provincial cosmetic adverse reactions surveillance medical institutions in Shandong Province to understand the current situation of sentinel sites and to analyze the current problems.Then the"Shandong Province Cosmetics Adverse Reaction Surveillance Sentinel Construction Standards"were formulated.From July 2022 to December 2023,a pilot program was conducted in Shandong Provincial Hospital for Skin Diseases&Shandong Provincial Institute of Dermatology and Venereology as the national monitoring sentinel hospitals.The ability and efficiency of monitoring have greatly increased.The standardized sentinel operation mechanism established in the"Shandong Province Cosmetics Adverse Reaction Surveillance Sentinel Construction Standards"can effectively improve the quantity and quality of cosmetic adverse reactions reported at sentinel sites,which has long-term guiding significance for the construction of sentinel sites.关键词
