Abstract
The performance optimization strategy of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)as a key ingredient in amino acid cleansing honey and its stability optimization approach under low temperature conditions were discussed.The performance of HPMC and other thickeners(acrylic acid(ester)copolymer,PEG-150 distearate)in amino acid cleansing honey was analyzed through comparative experiments.The results showed that the cleansing honey thickened with HPMC had excellent foaming properties and good rheological properties,and had a very low minimum pressure under the pump package,giving the product an ideal texture and pumping experience.In addition,through the low-temperature stability test,it was found that increasing the pH value of the cleansing honey system and reducing the amount of inorganic salts added to the system could significantly promote the swelling and dispersion of HPMC in a low-temperature environment,effectively inhibit the gelatinization trend and precipitation problems,consolidate the structural stability of the cleansing honey at low temperature,maintain the ideal texture of the product,and provide a reference for the formulation design and production of amino acid-based cleansing honey.关键词
