Abstract
The contact killing activity of a new dandelion plant anti-mite detergent against dust mites has been studied.Referring to the method in"Evaluation methods of household chemicals for the mites repellentmites,suppression and killing performances"(T/CHCIA 002-2022),the dandelion plant laundw detergent was drip-added on filter paper in petri dish,and dust mites were placed in petri dish environment,respectively,to test the acaricidal activity of dandelion plant laundw detergent at different concentrations and different times.Benzyl benzoate and dibutyl phthalate were used as positive control group.When the concentration of the test solution is 38.92 μg/cm2,the insecticidal rate is 98.59%(24 h),100%(48 h)and 100%(72 h).When the concentration was 19.46 μg/cm2,the insecticidal rates were 93.11%(24 h),97.49(48 h)and 100%(7 h).The insecticidal effect was significantly better than that of positive control group(P＜0.05),and the insecticidal rate was positively correlated with time and concentration.According to the evaluation criteria of acaricidal effect in"Evaluation methods of household chemicals for the mites repellentmites,suppression and killing performances"(T/CHCIA 002-2022),the new dandelion plant mite removing laundry detergent has been found to have a strong acaricidal effect and also have a good application and development prospect.关键词
