Abstract
The return air roadway of the 21509 working face in Xiangshan Mine of Shaanxi Shaanxi Coal Hancheng Mining Co.,Ltd.passes through various types of rocks with different attributes,and local areas face relatively significant roadway pressure.The strong horizontal stress causes the roof to sink significantly,the bottom to expand severely,and the shed legs on both sides of the roadway to be squeezed out,causing serious deformation of the arch shed.After multiple expansions and repairs,the deformation problem of the roadway is still difficult to control.In order to cope with the severe bottom expansion caused by high stress in deep wells,a measure of multi-level support structure with no obvious short plates existing in each force direction of the support body is proposed.The"pressure retaining grouting"technology is adopted to reduce the high-level potential energy of the deep surrounding rock and expand the range of the support ring.Through this method,high-level stress of the deep is effectively weakened and transfered,the overall bearing capacity of the support body is significantly improved,the stability of the roadway during the service period is effectively guaranteed,and the problems of bottom expansion and roadway deformation are significantly improved.关键词
