Abstract

The average row spacing between the 6#coal seam and its underlying 9#coal seam is 6.23 m in Sheng'an Coal Mine.After the mining of the 6#coal seam,the roof is broken and sinks significantly of the 9#coal seam working face during the roadway excavation period.The existing anchor net support method can no longer meet the safety production needs.Technologies of FLAC3D numerical simulation,empirical formula calculation,on-site drilling peeping instrument actual measurement and others are adopted to comprehensively study the failure characteristics of the floor rock layer after the mining of the 6#coal seam.It is determined that the plastic failure depth of the 6#coal seam floor can reach 8.5-9.3 m.A collaborative support technology of adopting anchor net+anchor cable+I-beam steel shed is proposed to strengthen the roof control during the roadway excavation period of the 9#coal seam.The subsidence amount of the roof under the condition of erecting I-beam steel shed with different distances of lagging head-on is simulated,and the collaborative support scheme of erecting I-beam steel shed closely following the head-on is determined.The safe stoping of the 9#coal seam is ensured.
