摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of tense continuation in the filling mining working face of Chaili Coal Mine,combined with the actual situations of an average paste filling rate of over 99.7%,a working face length of 174 m,a simple geological structure,small dip angle of coal seam,low transportation roadway and high track roadway in the working face,and relatively low average drop,etc,it is proposed to implement paste filling and retaining roadway for the 3306-1 transportation roadway.By a series means of determining the paste material and filling width,selecting the isolation method for retaining roadway,demonstrating the support scheme,observing the roof pressure of the retained roadway and so on,the construction technology scheme for retaining roadway is determined and implemented.After the effective implementation of the scheme,under the situation of reasonable selection of advance and retaining roadway support,and reasonable paste ratio,the paste support strength can meet the support requirements of the retaining roadway.During the stoping process,the mine pressure observation is implemented on the retained roadway,continuous analysis and demonstration are conducted on the observation situations,which can provide reliable data support for layered filling mining,and provide effective basis for the selection of support ways,options of mining devices,and the determination of mining techniques.
