Abstract
To improve the level and efficiency of coal mine safety production,a coal mine electromechanical equipment state monitoring and predictive maintenance system based on the Internet of Things is proposed.This system by installing sensors on key electromechanical equipments,collecting real-time equipment operation data,and transmitting these data to cloud platform for analysis and processing through Internet of Things technology;By utilizing advanced data analysis and machine learning algorithms,the system is able to identify equipment potential failures and signs of performance degradation,enabling real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of equipment status.The application of this system reduces accidental downtime,lowers maintenance costs,prevents occurrence of accidents,ensures the safety of miners,improves the production efficiency and safety management level of coal mines,extends equipment service life,optimizes resource configuration,and promotes the transformation of coal mines towards intelligentize and digitization.关键词
