摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of insufficient real-time performance, poor data transmission stability, and high energy consumption in the monitoring of harmful gases in coal mines,a safety monitoring system for harmful gases in coal mines is designed based on the"SGA-100 series gas detection module",and tested in the underground environment of Gaozhuang Coal Industry. The system architecture consists of a data layer,a transmission layer, and an application layer, which work together.By introducing the grey relational analysis method,real-time monitoring and early warning of harmful gas concentrations such as H2S,CO,NO,Cl2 can be achieved, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of data collection, transmission, and processing. The test results show that a stable data acquisition rate can be maintained at high sampling rates, and the average energy consumption of sensor nodes decreases with the increase of data acquisition times. This can effectively solve the problems of wiring difficulties, data processing lag,and high energy consumption in traditional monitoring systems in complex environments, providing reliable technical support for coal mine safety production and significantly improving the level of mine safety management.关键词
