摘要
Abstract
In response to the existing problems of low production capacity,high material costs,low solid waste processing amount and others in paste filling of fully mechanized mining,paste and solid collaborative fully mechanized mining filling technology is proposed through theoretical analysis,laboratory simulation,and on-site experiment.Loose solid waste such as gangue and others from the ground surface or downhole are transported through the gangue transportation system into the belt conveyor suspended below the top beam of the filling bracket.Then,through the belt conveyor central section plow type unloader,chute,slippery gangue hole on the filling bracket isolation plate and paste in the filling pipeline to simultaneously filled into the area to be filled.The paste is mixed with solid materials to form a new cemented filling body,which is used to fill the goaf and support the roof.This study confirms the feasibility of the paste and solid collaborative fully mechanized mining filling method,this technology has advantages of low material cost,low risk of slurry leakage,high isolation efficiency,short filling time,low crushing cost of solid waste,large solid waste processing amount,the ability to achieve gangue without rising into well and so on.关键词
