Abstract
Management science is rooted in practice and develops along with practice.Along with China's increasing economic strength and international status,the development of Chinese manage-ment science has entered a new era,and it is urgent to strengthen the discourse system of Chinese management science,to create a new paradigm of Chinese local management research recognized by international academia,and to build a high-quality management theory system of Chinese characteris-tics.In this paper,we review the"systematic"and"branching"research results of traditional culture and management research literature,and analyze the concepts of"Chinese management"and"Chi-nese management".The concepts of"Chinese management"and"Chinese management science"are identified,and it is emphasized that the Chinese school of management is a local Chinese management research group with the characteristics of Chinese civilization,rooted in the Chinese context,and aim-ing at penetrating into the past and present,integrating the East and the West,and innovating the paradigm.In this regard,it also puts forward the development and construction path of Chinese man-agement school,that is,to clarify the research area and research method,to integrate the joint efforts of diversified subjects,and to face the future,the Chinese management school should adhere to the four basic responsibilities and achieve the six perspectives,so as to contribute to the construction of a management theoretical system with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,and Chinese flavor.关键词
