中国管理思想的研究对象与方法论体系构建OA
The Research Object and Methodology System Construction of Chinese Management Thought
中国管理思想根植于中华优秀传统文化,表现出经世致用的知行观、三才合一的系统观与理性和合的价值观.由于存在人与自然、人与社会、人与他人的全息化研究对象,中国管理思想研究天然地与文学、哲学、历史学和社会学等学科交叉,在方法论上表现出构念开发的历时性断层、理论诠释的建构性局限以及实践指导的价值性割裂.未来的中国管理思想研究方法论体系应与考据学、方志学和案例学融合,平衡好本意与外延、质化与量化、应然与实然三组关系,为中国管理学自主知识体系构建接住地气、增加底气、灌注生气.
Chinese management thought is rooted in the Chinese excellent traditional culture,exhibit-ing a practical view of knowledge and action,a systematic view of the three talents integration,and a value system of rational harmony.Due to the holographic research objects of human-nature,human-society and human-others,the study of Chinese management thought naturally intersects with disciplines such as literature,philosophy,history,sociology and so on.In terms of methodology,it exhibits a historical discontinuity in conceptual development,constructive limitations in theoretical in-terpretation,and a disconnect in the value of practical guidance.The future research methodology sys-tem of Chinese management thought should be integrated with textual studies,chronicles studies,and case studies,balancing the three relationships of original intention and extension,qualitative and quan-titative,and expected and actual,which in order to catch the ground,increase confidence,and inject vitality into the independent knowledge system of Chinese management.
