Abstract
Oriental management is an emerging management discipline that takes the management cul-ture,management ideas,and management practices of various Oriental countries as its research start-ing point.It was first proposed by Chinese scholars and continues to carry out original research.Since the mid-1980s,it has formed a large number of theoretical and practical achievements with local characteristics.There are still many issues in the research and discipline construction of Oriental man-agement that require innovation and development,such as the need to strengthen research efforts,clarify research boundaries,enrich research content,diversify research methods,and innovate expres-sion methods.Future research on Oriental management will emphasize both"Dao"and"Shu"and de-velop comprehensively.关键词
