中国传统文化视角下领导力提升探究
Exploration of Leadership Enhancement from the Perspective of Chinese Traditional Culture

Abstract
Traditional culture contains rich leadership ideas and wisdom.Represented by mainstream Confucian culture,the exposition of leadership ideas has important reference and inspiration for the growth of leaders.Leadership enhancement,as a strategic requirement for organizational develop-ment,is rooted in traditional culture and deeply explores its contemporary value.It can expand the leader's vision,mindset,and pattern,thereby enhancing leadership.The leadership ideology in tradi-tional culture also injects rich connotations into the improvement of leadership.Guided by the value pursuit of"self-cultivation,family harmony,governance,and peace of the world",leaders focus on personal cultivation as the direction and continuously innovate leadership methods as the support point,establishing a framework system for leadership.Based on the analysis of traditional culture,this paper reveals the role of traditional culture in the construction of leadership.With the help of the es-sence of traditional culture to build modern leadership,leaders should pay attention to the innovation of leadership methods,but also rise to the height of"Tao".They should put the improvement of per-sonal cultivation and cultivation of excellent quality first,and constantly hone themselves in the down-to-earth leadership work,so as to better improve leadership.关键词
