中国传统文化视角下领导力提升探究OA
Exploration of Leadership Enhancement from the Perspective of Chinese Traditional Culture
中国传统文化蕴含着丰富的领导思想和领导智慧,以儒家主流文化为代表关于领导思想的阐述,对领导者成长具有重要的参考和启示作用.领导力提升作为组织发展的战略要求,植根于中国传统文化的基础,深入挖掘其时代价值,可拓展领导者的视野、胸怀和格局,进而提升领导力.中国传统文化中的领导思想也为领导力提升注入丰富内涵,领导者在"修身、齐家、治国、平天下"的价值追求引导下,以注重个人修养为方向,以领导方法的不断创新为支撑点,建立领导力的框架体系.本文基于中国传统文化的解析,揭示了中国传统文化在领导力建设中的作用,借助中国传统文化精华构建现代领导力,领导者在注重领导方法创新的同时,更要上升到"道"的高度,应把提升个人修养和培育优秀品质放在第一位,并且在脚踏实地的领导工作中不断磨砺自己,这样才能更好提升领导力.
Traditional culture contains rich leadership ideas and wisdom.Represented by mainstream Confucian culture,the exposition of leadership ideas has important reference and inspiration for the growth of leaders.Leadership enhancement,as a strategic requirement for organizational develop-ment,is rooted in traditional culture and deeply explores its contemporary value.It can expand the leader's vision,mindset,and pattern,thereby enhancing leadership.The leadership ideology in tradi-tional culture also injects rich connotations into the improvement of leadership.Guided by the value pursuit of"self-cultivation,family harmony,governance,and peace of the world",leaders focus on personal cultivation as the direction and continuously innovate leadership methods as the support point,establishing a framework system for leadership.Based on the analysis of traditional culture,this paper reveals the role of traditional culture in the construction of leadership.With the help of the es-sence of traditional culture to build modern leadership,leaders should pay attention to the innovation of leadership methods,but also rise to the height of"Tao".They should put the improvement of per-sonal cultivation and cultivation of excellent quality first,and constantly hone themselves in the down-to-earth leadership work,so as to better improve leadership.
