The Inner Logic and Strategic Suggestions for New Quality Productive Forces to Promote High-Quality Development of Digital Trade

Abstract
The new quality productivity is an inherent requirement for high-quality development and an important focus of effort.The high-quality development of digital trade is an inevitable choice for China to stabilize its foreign trade development trend and accelerate the construction of becoming a powerful country in international trade.It is urgently needed to theoretically summarize the promotion of high-quality development of digital trade with the new quality productivity.The new quality produc-tivity is guided by the new development philosophy and provides solid support for the high-quality de-velopment of digital trade through technological breakthroughs and innovation in digital trade models,deep integration of digital trade with the real economy,green transformation of digital trade,the cre-ation of an open and inclusive development environment for digital trade,and the formation of a win-win development pattern.In order to give full play to the promoting effect of new quality productivity on the high-quality development of digital trade,it is suggested to give full play to the leading role of new quality productivity in scientific and technological innovation and improve the construction of digi-tal trade innovation system,strengthen the advanced concept of green development of new quality pro-ductivity,improve the construction of digital trade green system,unleash strong drivers of open devel-opment of new-quality productive forces and improve the environment for open development of digital trade,strengthen steady growth in balanced sharing of new quality productive forces,and create a new pattern of digital trade sharing.关键词
